ZOHEERWEAR products are made to order. This means your order enters production first and is shipped once it has been fulfilled.

Processing and fulfillment time

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time.

Estimated standard shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 3 to 5 business days
  • Canada: 6 to 12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5 to 20 business days

Where available, estimated delivery times are:

  • Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days
  • Overnight shipping: next business day for United States orders only

During busy periods or because of stock or production limitations, processing times may take longer. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping time and delivery estimates

Shipping times depend on the destination and the carrier. Any delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking updates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you tracking information, where available. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Split shipments

Some orders may arrive in more than one package. This may happen when items require separate packaging or when products are shipped from different facilities. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking link.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

If an order is returned to sender or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, missed collection, or unclaimed customs charges or parcel point collection, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Customs, duties, and taxes for international orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are usually the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery issues

If your shipment is delayed, please check the tracking information first, then contact the carrier for the most accurate delivery update. If you believe your package is lost in transit or there is another delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
